Has there been a time when you were carrying something heavy in your heart - a problem, a worry, or a concern - and you had to give it to God? Share that story here with your little one. Tell them what it felt like to hand it over, and what you saw God do in that situation.

Then, ask them if they've ever felt worried or weighed down.

Let your story - and your example of trust - be the encouragement they need to remember: they don't have to carry it all alone.
