GOOD LEADERS (pt2)

Leadership isn't about what you do—it's about who you are. As vessels of God's mercy, we are called to lead good lives that bless others. True leadership requires discernment to distinguish between what's valuable and what isn't, and comprehension to apply what we've discerned. Our identity must precede our purpose; we don't lead to become someone, but lead because of who we already are in Christ. When we understand our design as image-bearers of God, we can take command of our lives and fulfill our calling to be the gold God created us to be, rather than chasing after worldly success that leaves us empty.
